"Read locked data" in object history , DXL for the same?

Hi,

In history of one of the object I found Read locked data, I couldn't find details of it in DOORS manual, can anyone tell me the usage of read locked data.

Is it possible to read this data using DXL? samples would be helpful

In short - only the Administrator (Super User) can see "Read Locked Data", so DXL will not help here unless you can login as the Administrator.
